We were a family group of nine, including children, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional and harassing behavior of your staff, specifically your front desk representative, Tulsi. We did the check-in process and provided the required identification documents. After being assigned our rooms, we were unexpectedly contacted by the front desk, where we were demanded to pay additional charges on the basis that one of our children was allegedly over 10 years old. This was not only incorrect but also inconsistent with your stated policies, which do not mention such charges.We explained that none of our children were above 10 years of age, yet the staff insisted and continued to pressure us for additional fees. Their behavior was both unprofessional and harassing, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. It felt as though we were being unfairly targeted because of our nationality, with the assumption that we would comply with unwarranted demands. This experience has left us with a very negative impression of your hotel. As paying guests, we expected a respectful and transparent service, but instead, we felt exploited and harassed.
