The rooms, amenities, service and food all really good enjoyed our stay here. One of the best place to stay in udai pur and the location is also close enough all the sightseeing. Staff behaviour is also nice but could be improved with some. Over

My bicycle tour group stayed at the Amar Mahal hotel for a couple of nights, but we’re obliged to leave me behind when they left due to a bicycle accident I had had. My stay extended for another week, and throughout my stay the staff were incredibly helpful and courteous for whatever needs I had. The hotel is beautiful, clean, well cared for and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a lovely pool with both a kiddie area and a larger swimming area. The hotel dining room serves mainly Indian food which is good, but they graciously accommodated my sometimes more simple food tastes. There are also other good restaurants in the area and the hotel itself is on a quiet side street leading to a more upscale professional area of the city. I enjoyed my stay at the Amar Mahal and will stay there again on future trips.

Very good service. All children service is very good. Thank u rooms are clean only problem is hot bath water. Very polite staff. Breakfast lunch is also very testy. All over good experience with us. Please go for this hotel. Must recommend this hotel

We were a family group of nine, including children, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional and harassing behavior of your staff, specifically your front desk representative, Tulsi. We did the check-in process and provided the required identification documents. After being assigned our rooms, we were unexpectedly contacted by the front desk, where we were demanded to pay additional charges on the basis that one of our children was allegedly over 10 years old. This was not only incorrect but also inconsistent with your stated policies, which do not mention such charges.We explained that none of our children were above 10 years of age, yet the staff insisted and continued to pressure us for additional fees. Their behavior was both unprofessional and harassing, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. It felt as though we were being unfairly targeted because of our nationality, with the assumption that we would comply with unwarranted demands. This experience has left us with a very negative impression of your hotel. As paying guests, we expected a respectful and transparent service, but instead, we felt exploited and harassed.
